I know its been a long time since I've written but I've been busy...reading mostly. I finally got the whole Harry Potter set and have been reading those. I just finished Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix...
The whole series is wonderful but the next two books worry me. I'm a big fan of the happily ever after ending and JK Rowling has indicated that this will not be the case. It has been said that this is just a red herring to throw everyone off. I hope so! There have been many proposed endings for the series (by the fans). I'm not a fan of any of them really. Here is a list of the endings and my thoughts on them.
1.
Happily ever after..everyone is defeated and all the main characters make it
out alive. This is my favorite but highly unlikely. With the way the author has
set up the series I think someone else has to die in the two remaining books.
One of the things that is said to be discussed in book seven is why some become
people become ghosts and others do not. It was touched on briefly in HPOPT but
it is said to be brought out more in book seven. If everyone makes it out alive
why would this be a concern? Does someone die so the discussion will come up?
Plus, this would always leave things open for stories afterwards, something the
author is determined (at this point) not to have.
2.
Harry Potter is all a dream. There is a certain portion that think JK will
use the Wizard of Oz route and have the whole thing of Hogwarts be a dream.
Harry will be in a coma and will come out of it to find himself in the real
world and that Hogwarts existed as part of the coma. A whole TV series was based
on the same concept "St Elsewhere". I didn't like the show..
3.
Harry Potter is a dream part 2. The next theory is that during the battle
with Voldemort the scare will vanish and Harry will lose all of his powers.
Since he lost all of his powers they will wipe his memory of Hogwarts. Years
later Harry will pass or meet Ron and Herimone and will wonder "do I really know
them?"
4.
Harry will become a Squib. During the battle with Voldemort, he will win but
when the scar vanishes Harry will lose most or all of his powers. Most would
make him a squib and all he would become a muggle.
I have a feeling that the ending will be a variation on number one. I think this is the best if I could choose. I would not like the other choices, to me they would be a cop out.
In other news I've made moves to close kaellan.ws. Finally!! I've also decided that I will probally open a Harry Potter related site. I haven't really haven't decided on a focus for the site yet. I would like it to be a general news site and information. But its going to be really hard to make it unique. There are so many other sites already out there. Stay tuned:)

What is going on with me? My nephew is still the same of course
(the one with autism) but I'm trying something different to help me handle his
behavior. I recently found a board on Delphi that you can ask questions about
the syndrome and people who have dealt with this answer. They have helped a lot
to understand. The biggest thing is my reaction to the asperser fits (at least
thats what I call them.). People with this form of autism do not know how to
express their feelings thus when presented with anything they scream at the top
of their voices or generally throw a fit. If you would see this in a store or
something people would assume that the kid is spoiled and is throwing a fit, and
it would lead to people saying what a bad mother that person is... That could be
further from the truth! When you tell a kid with aspersers to calm down, they
can't, they don't have that capacity in their brain.
I've made the decision to lose weight too. I've said it before but this time I'm
going to try to stick to it. Hmmm..maybe that isn't want I really want to say, I
should say that I am going to stick to it! I think if I look at it in small
blocks I will be okay.
